Graduate Training

Recruitment is perhaps one of the most entrepreneurial graduate career choices. Graduates at Opus get even more of a career advantage with a meritocratic culture where the possibilities are so open, you could be earning more money than your manager in just two years. That all starts with a four week induction and continues with classroom teaching to help you learn the theory through practical role play. You’ll also be supported to learn with Live Calling, on the job training, 1-2-1 coaching and a mentor all the way.
