It is #WorldMentalHealthDay which is looking to support those with #MentalHealth worries and raise awareness of the importance of talking about mental health. There has been a recent campaign in the UK looking to make it compulsory to have a mental health first aider in the workplace. This is something we have offered our employees, where we have had 3 courses so far - ensuring there is a mental health first aider across our company.
