What makes me different

I joined Opus Recruitment in 2009 as an experienced recruiter. An opportunity arose to move into the Operations departments which involved wearing a number of hats simultaneously. I was responsible for sending out contractor and client contracts, dealing with compliance, invoicing, HR and facilities. You name it, I did it!

I went off on maternity leave to have my second child and came back to a new role in Accounts doing bank reconciliation, processing payments, book keeping and credit control. Four years ago, I became the Operations and Finance Manager. At that time, we had 28 people in the company, and three people in the accounts team. Fast forward to today, we now have over 240 employees across the globe and 17 people reporting in to me. In June 2017, I was promoted to Finance Operations Director overseeing all of the group finances from contracts going out and payments coming in. Nothing happens with our money without me knowing!

Opus is the most driven, passionate and hardworking company I have ever come across. Everyone from the newest recruit to the founder, Darren, has the same vision and goes for it.
